Initially upon looking at this style, I wasn't too impressed. After a couple of visits to my local Target I decided to try on the yellow and fell absolutely in love. So of course that led to me purchasing the aqua and black version too. This is high on my Target maxi dress suggestion list!!

I've been looking for a cute (but affordable) maxi dress for a long time, and was shocked and ecstatic to see one at Target. I love yellow (& this is a good yello - not too pale or orange), and as soon as I tried it on it was a done deal. It fits perfectly & is super comfy. I wore it for the first time yesterday & got over a half dozen compliments on it. Two of my friends were so impressed by it that they asked if it was ok if they copied! The only thing I would say is that there's no slit in the dress so don't wear it on a really hot day (like I did) if you're going to be in the sun alot - it gets hot with no air down there & I had to walk around holding one side up. Still, I love it & I'm going back to check out the other colors (or rather that's why I'm online checking it out!)

I love the look of the dress but at 5'4" it's a little long for me. Maybe an inch too long, as it tends to brush the ground. I also noticed you have to be careful with your undergarments since it is a light color and in certain lighting it may be very noticeable what you're wearing underneath! Good for throwing on over your bathing suit at the beach.

I love the way this dress fits, except for the tie. It's a matter of personal taste; I don't like ties. However, it is nice to have the option to tighten around that area if desired. The length is good -- I'm 5'7" and it doesn't skim the floor as I would like, but it still comes about 1/2"-1" off the ground. This fabric is pretty thin, so I am careful to wear a slip or some Assets underneath. I also choose to wear a more modest style by layering a white tank bra underneath.

I love this dress. I have it in black as well. The yellow is brighter in person than it appears online, but that's what I wanted. Very comfortable and flattering.

I have this in yellow and in black. Dress is true to size in the waist and hip area and skims over the body nicely. My only complaint is that it runs a little big in the bust area. One size down fixed that but then it was way too tight in the bust. Weird. Still fit through the hip and waist area, though. So I would suggest going with your normal size and dealing with the slightly too big bust, because the dress is so pretty.

I loved the fit of this. HOWEVER, the yellow fabric is too thin. If you were just wearing it for everyday use, ves. a swimsuit cover up...you can see right through to your underwear. I recommend possibly trying the black one to avoid the panty visibility!

I love this dress! It's the prettiest shade of yellow, not too bright or too pale either. It fit everywhere perfectly except in the straps...I wish they were adjustable...they were way too long, so I ended up having to tie them together with thread (so it looks like a racerback instead of a regular tank in the back) and they are the perfect length then. Also, there was no show-through, even if I wasn't wearing nude-colored panties.
